係員「お電話ありがとうございます。さくらホールの予約センターでございます。」
Staff: "Thank you for calling. This is the Sakura Hall Reservation Center."
幹事「会社のパーティーで利用したいんですが、来月の１５日の夜は利用できるようになっていますか？」
Organizer: "I'd like to use it for a company party. Is it available for use on the evening of the 15th of next month?"
係員「少々お待ちください。…はい、１８時からでよろしければ、大ホールが空いております。」
Staff: "Please wait a moment... Yes, the main hall is available if 6 PM is alright with you."
幹事「それはよかったです。では、そこをお願いしたいのですが、食事などの持ち込みは可能なんでしょうか。」
Organizer: "That's good to hear. Well then, I'd like to book it, but is it possible to bring in food and drinks?"
係員「申し訳ございません。当ホールでは、食べ物や飲み物の持ち込みはできないことになっているんです。」
Staff: "I'm sorry. It's a rule that bringing in food or drinks is not allowed at this hall."
幹事「そうなんですね。それなら仕方がないです。」
Organizer: "I see. In that case, there's no choice."
係員「ただ、こちらを通して近くのレストランからお弁当などを注文していただくことは可能ですよ。」
Staff: "However, it is possible for you to order lunch boxes and such from a nearby restaurant through us."
幹事「ありがとうございます。じゃあ、参加する人数が決まったら、後日まとめてお食事の予約もするということでよろしいでしょうか。」
Organizer: "Thank you. Well then, once the number of participants is decided, would it be alright if I make the food reservations all at once at a later date?"
係員「はい、承知いたしました。では、まずは会場の予約に関して、代表者様のお名前とお電話番号を教えていただけますでしょうか。」
Staff: "Yes, certainly. Well then, concerning the venue reservation first, could you please tell me the representative's name and telephone number?"
