「ご指摘の通り、新しい技術の導入には常にリスクが伴います。」木村教授の表情が引き締まりました。「だからこそ、安全性への配慮をわずかでも怠れば、それは医学の敗北にほかなりません。初期の臨床試験を皮切りに、長期的な追跡調査に至るまで、万全の体制を構築する所存です。」
"As you pointed out, the introduction of new technology always involves risks." Professor Kimura's expression tightened. "That is why, if we neglect concern for safety even in the slightest, it would be nothing short of a defeat for medicine. Starting with the initial clinical trials and continuing through long-term follow-up surveys, we intend to build a thorough system."
