Meaning
Since it is (someone) who is ..., surely ~; precisely because of (someone's) characteristic behavior or personality. Used to make a prediction or judgment based on someone's known character.
Note
Used to make a deduction or prediction about someone's future behavior based on their established personality or character. It's often translated as 'Knowing him/her...', or 'Since it's ...'. The second half of the sentence usually contains expressions of guessing or conviction (はずだ, だろう, まちがいない). It is primarily used when talking about people the speaker knows well.

Knowing him, he'll surely come.

真面目な彼のことだから、仕事は完璧にこなすだろう。
