This disclosure is provided in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法) of Japan. It applies to paid subscriptions to 2hongo and to one-time access.

- Additional Fees
- Any data-communication charges required to use the Service and download content are borne by the customer.
- Payment Methods
- Credit card, and the payment methods offered by the App Store and Google Play. One-time access on the web: Alipay and WeChat Pay.
- Payment Timing
- Subscriptions: charged when you subscribe, and automatically renewed each billing period thereafter unless cancelled. One-time access: charged once at purchase; it does not renew.
- Delivery Timing
- Available for use immediately after payment is completed.
- Cancellation and Refunds
- Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not provide refunds after purchase. You may stop automatic renewal at any time from your subscription settings in the App Store, Google Play, or on the web; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for store purchases are handled under the respective store's policy. One-time access does not renew and ends on the end date shown at purchase. If we refund a one-time access purchase in full, the access it provided ends immediately, including any part already used; refunding an upgrade returns you to your previous plan until its original end date. See section 17 of the Terms of Service for details. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law, including where the Service is defective or is not provided as described.
