To take on a particular appearance or characteristic over time.
Note
A stiff expression describing something that has begun to look or feel like the preceding noun or adjective. It is limited to a few specific words like 大人 (adult), 古 (old), and 田舎 (countryside). It often implies a natural or inevitable change.
