Meaning
Indicates that something happens repeatedly after a certain interval or at every instance of something.
Note
Used to express that something happens with every instance of an action or at fixed intervals. When used with nouns representing time or quantity, it indicates a recurring interval (e.g., '4-nen-goto-ni' for every four years). Unlike 'tabi-ni', it can be used with numerical intervals.

会うごとに、彼女はきれいになっていく。
Every time I meet her, she becomes more beautiful.
歩くごとに、足の痛みがひどくなった。
With every step I take, the pain in my leg gets worse.
