Meaning
Indicates that doing something will not lead to any progress or improvement in the situation.
Note
Commonly used when someone is regretfully dwelling on the past or complaining about a situation that cannot be changed. Suggests that action or a change in mindset is needed instead.

いくら後悔しても始まらないから、前向きに頑張ろう。
No matter how much you regret it, it won't change anything, so let's do our best and stay positive.
