A childish/colloquial word for urine or peeing (wee-wee / pee-pee). Use more formal words in polite contexts.
子どもが『おしっこ！』と言ってトイレに駆け込んだ。
The child shouted 'I need to pee!' and ran into the toilet.

I woke up needing to pee in the middle of the night.
