3An expression used when handing something to someone, often as 「はい、どうぞ」("here you are").
「お水です。どうぞ」と店員が言った。
"Here's your water," said the clerk, handing it over.
はい、どうぞ。落とし物ですよ。

4In child speech, used to mean "to give" or "to hand over" — e.g. a toddler saying "どうぞする" when giving a toy to someone.
子どもがブロックを友達に渡して「どうぞする？」と聞いた。
The child handed the blocks to a friend and asked, "Want me to give it to you?"
