Nearest; closest — a rarer spatial use. For locations, Japanese usually prefers words like 最寄り or 一番近い.
ここから最近のコンビニは歩いて5分です（※普段は「最寄りのコンビニ」の方が自然）。
The nearest convenience store from here is a 5-minute walk (※ normally 「最寄りのコンビニ」 is more natural).
