The client, Nakano, nodded with an exhausted expression. "Yes. On the surface, it's under the pretext of a temporary secondment, but that's merely a convenient excuse. It's clear they are trying to unfairly exclude middle-aged and older employees under the guise of poor business performance."
「たとえ経営難に陥っていたとはいえども、労働者の権利を蔑ろにするような横暴は決して許されるべきではありません。」神崎は力強い口調で言いました。「証拠たる録音データやメールの履歴を確認する限り、法廷で十分に争える余地があります。」
"Even if they were in financial difficulty, such tyranny that disregards workers' rights should never be allowed," Kanzaki said in a firm tone. "As far as I can see from the recorded data and email history that serve as evidence, there is plenty of room to fight this in court."
中野は不安げに視線を落としました。「しかし、大企業を相手に裁判を起こすとなれば、莫大な時間と費用がかかるのではないでしょうか。家族の生活を守らんがために、泣き寝入りするしかないのかと途方に暮れています。」
Nakano looked down anxiously. "But if I were to file a lawsuit against a large corporation, wouldn't it take an enormous amount of time and money? I'm at a loss, wondering if I have no choice but to suffer in silence to protect my family's livelihood."
神崎は中野の目を真っ直ぐに見つめ返しました。「ご不安はもっともです。ですが、ここで妥協してしまえば、彼らの不当なやり方を容認したも同然です。法という名の武器をもって、あなたの奪われた尊厳を取り戻すサポートを全力でさせていただきます。」
Kanzaki looked straight back into Nakano's eyes. "Your anxiety is perfectly understandable. However, if you compromise here, it's the same as condoning their unfair methods. I will give my all to support you in reclaiming your stolen dignity with the weapon called the law."
