Meaning

Used when the speaker strongly believes that something is impossible or absolutely not the case. It expresses a high degree of certainty in a negative conclusion.

Note

Expresses a strong conviction that something is impossible, based on logical reasoning or objective facts. It is much stronger than a simple '〜ないと思う'. It translates to 'there is no way that...' or 'it is inconceivable that...'. The variant 'はずない' (omitting 'が') is very common in casual spoken language.
