Meaning
To be enough / to be settled / to be resolved with just that. Indicates that although something more significant might have been expected, it ended up not being necessary or was resolved simply.
Note
Used when a matter is settled or resolved simply, often despite expectations that it might be more difficult or costly.

It's not a problem that can be settled by just apologizing.
