1A doorway or passage used for both entering and leaving a building, room, or premises — a general term that doesn't distinguish between entrance and exit. Widely used on station, store, facility, and emergency-route signage. Both 出入り口 (with okurigana) and 出入口 (without) are standard; the okurigana-less 出入口 is especially common on signs and notices.
