今週は仕事がとても忙しかったから、週末をずっと楽しみにしていました。土曜日と日曜日、二日だけですが、やりたいことがたくさんあります。少し書いてみたいと思います。
Work was really busy this week, so I have been looking forward to the weekend the whole time. It is only two days, Saturday and Sunday, but there are so many things I want to do. Let me try to write a little about it.
土曜日の朝は、いつもより早く起きるつもりです。まず、洗濯をしたり、部屋を掃除したりします。家がきれいになると、気持ちもいいです。掃除の後に、近くのカフェへ朝ごはんを食べに行きたいです。
On Saturday morning, I plan to get up earlier than usual. First, I will do laundry and clean my room. When the house gets clean, I feel good too. After cleaning, I want to go to the cafe nearby for breakfast.
午後は、友達と新しい映画を見に行きます。映画の前に、駅の前で会って、少し買い物をする予定です。友達は私より映画にとても詳しいですから、いつも面白い話を教えてくれます。夜は、駅の近くのラーメン屋で晩ごはんを食べたいです。
In the afternoon, I am going to see a new movie with a friend. Before the movie, we will meet in front of the station and do a little shopping. My friend knows movies much better than I do, so they always tell me interesting things. In the evening, I want to have dinner at the ramen shop near the station.
日曜日は、家でゆっくり休みます。午前中はコーヒーを飲みながら、好きな本を読みます。それから、簡単な料理を作ってみたいです。料理はあまり上手じゃないけど、少しずつ練習しています。
On Sunday, I will rest at home. In the morning, I will drink coffee while reading a book I like. After that, I want to try making a simple dish. I am not very good at cooking, but I am practicing little by little.
午後は、家族に会いに行く予定です。母の家は電車で三十分くらいですから、遠くないです。一緒に晩ごはんを食べたり、写真を見たりします。母の料理は店の料理よりおいしいと思います。家族の中で、母の料理がいちばん好きです。
In the afternoon, I plan to visit my family. My mother's place is about thirty minutes by train, so it is not far. We will have dinner together and look at photos. I think my mother's cooking is better than restaurant food. Of all the people in my family, I like my mother's cooking the best.
一つだけ心配なことがあります。土曜日は雨が降るかもしれません。雨だったら、公園には行けません。でも、雨の日も家で本を読んだり、音楽を聞いたりできますから、大丈夫です。
There is just one thing I am worried about. It might rain on Saturday. If it rains, we cannot go to the park. But even on rainy days, I can read books or listen to music at home, so it will be fine.
日曜日の夜になったら、たぶん少し疲れていると思います。でも、楽しい週末の後に、月曜日からまた頑張ることができます。週末があるから、毎日の仕事も嫌じゃないです。早く土曜日になってほしいです。
By Sunday night, I think I will probably be a little tired. But after a fun weekend, I can do my best again starting from Monday. Because the weekend exists, I do not mind my daily work. I want Saturday to come soon.
