Indicates the completion or end of a specific action. Used with the masu-stem of the verb.

この本を読み終わったら、貸してください。

Please lend me this book when you finish reading it.

ご飯を食べ終わってから、宿題をします。

使い終わった道具は、元の場所へ戻しておいてください。
