〜からいうと

Meaning
Used when making a judgment or evaluation based on a specific point or perspective.
Note
Indicates that from a certain standpoint or aspect, a particular conclusion is drawn. It focuses on the 'criteria' or 'angle' used for evaluation. Unlike '〜からして', it doesn't necessarily imply that the example is just one representative part of a whole.
Examples
性能からいうと、こちらのパソコンのほうがずっといい。
Judging from the performance, this computer is much better.
実力からいうと、彼が優勝するはずだ。
Judging from his true ability, he should be the one to win.
現在の状況からいって、計画の見直しは避けられないだろう。
Judging from the current situation, reviewing the plan will be unavoidable.
