Used to express a double negative to indicate that something is possible or that one somewhat feels a certain way, though passively or hesitantly.

A double-negative expression used to express a hesitant or guarded affirmation. It suggests that while the speaker doesn't want to make a strong positive statement, they also cannot deny the possibility or the feeling. It is very similar to 'nai koto wa nai'. Using 'wa' (naku wa nai) makes the denial of the negative slightly more emphatic, while 'mo' (naku mo nai) adds a nuance of 'also' or 'even', making it feel even more indirect.
