〜わけではない

Meaning
Used to express partial negation. It does not completely deny the fact, but means "it's not necessarily the case that ~" or "it doesn't mean that ~ all the time".
Note
Expresses partial negation. It clarifies that while something might seem to be the case, it isn't entirely true or always true. Often follows 'zenbu' (all) or 'itsumo' (always).
Examples
毎日行くわけではないが、時々図書館に行く。
It's not that I go every day, but I go to the library sometimes.
お酒が全く飲めないわけではないが、好きではない。
It's not that I can't drink alcohol at all, but I don't like it.
このホテルは高いわけではないが、サービスが悪い。
It's not that this hotel is expensive, but the service is bad.
その映画は面白くないわけじゃないけど、長すぎる。
It's not that the movie is not interesting, but it's too long.
彼が嫌いなわけではないが、あまり話したくない。
It's not that I dislike him, but I don't really want to talk to him.
暇なわけではないんだけど、手伝ってあげるよ。
