Used to express that when a particular person or thing (usually someone with great skill or influence) handles a situation, the outcome will be entirely different from the norm or highly favorable.
Note
Emphasizes that a specific person's skill, influence, or specialty is so great that they can achieve things others cannot. Often used with 'professional', 'expert', or 'genius'.
