教科書を見て、ずっと書いているんだけど、書いたばかりなのに、すぐ忘れてしまうんだよ。
I look at the textbook and just keep writing them over and over, but I forget right after I've written them.

それなら、書くだけじゃなくて、自分で文章を作ってみるほうがいいと思うよ。
If that's the case, instead of only writing them, I think it's better to try writing your own sentences.
