A capsule is about one meter wide, one meter high, and two meters long. Inside there is a TV, lighting, a power outlet, and an alarm clock. It may feel cramped, but if you only need to sleep, it is more than enough. If you worry about privacy, pulling down the roll-up curtain gives you a small space all to yourself.
